Recently, fourth-year students of the I.K. Akhunbaeva visited a specialized orphanage located at 121 Belorusskaya Street in the republic's capital. They got acquainted with the living conditions and methods of treatment of the persons of a social institution, and also provided them with charitable assistance in the form of sanitary and hygienic supplies, sweets and fruits.

The humanitarian action of students was organized on the initiative of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 2 of the Medical University (the head of the department is Professor Cholpon Kalkanbaeva). The trip was supervised directly by the senior curator of the course Mirlan Ashimaliev.
