Brief history
The Department of Personnel, Legal Work and Records Management was established in 2007 by the decision of the Academic Council in order to improve the organizational structure of the administrative and managerial staff of the KSMU and control over document flow.
The first head of the department was Hetmanskaya Yulia Alexandrovna. From 2009 to 2014, Dzholdoshev Almazbek Temirbekovich worked as the head. Since 2014, the Department of Personnel, Legal Work and Records Management has been headed by Ismailov Anvar Ismailovich.
The Department of Personnel, Legal Work and Office Work consisted of the personnel work sector, the personnel work with students sector, the legal work sector, the office work sector.
The Legal Department is a structural subdivision of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K.Akhunbayev (KSMA), created for the legal support of the activities of the KSMA and the protection of its interests in relations with government agencies, legal entities and individuals.
In order to improve the organizational structure, by Order of the Rector of KSMA No. 186 dated July 12, 2018, the legal department and the Personnel Work Department with employees were merged into the Legal and Personnel Work Department of KSMA.
In order to improve the quality of the management system and the effectiveness of the educational process at the I.K.Akhunbayev KSMA, by Order of the Rector of the KSMA dated October 4, 2022 No. 347, the Department of Legal and Personnel Work of the KSMA was reorganized into two structural divisions, the Personnel Department and the Legal Department.
The staff of the department consists of 2 persons.
Information
The main direction in the work of the KSMA Legal Department is the legal support of the academy's activities as a subject of a complex of legal relations, in which an educational organization of higher education is a participant in the implementation of educational activities on educational programs of higher education and scientific activities.
The tasks of the legal department are:
1. Ensuring compliance with and strengthening the rule of law in the activities of the Academy.
2. Provision of legal means for the fulfillment of obligations under existing and concluded contracts.
3. Protection of the legitimate rights, interests and business reputation of the Academy, including in court.
4. Active participation in the development and implementation of measures aimed at compliance with legislative and contractual (contractual) discipline.
5. Improving the legal quality of local (internal) regulations of the Academy, bringing them into line with current legislation and subordinate regulatory legal acts.
6. Systematization and control of the execution of local (internal) regulations.
