The international conference on Children's Health and nursing education was held in KSMA

On July 10, 2019, the morphological building of the Medical Academy hosted the international conference "Children's Health and Nursing Education" organized within the framework of the project "Zharkyn Kyrgyzstan" jointly with KSMA and Keng Hee University, which is a partner of the Medical Academy and within the framework of the project "Improving children's health in Ak-Ordo and Ak-Orgo residential areas". The conference participants were welcomed by the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development Gulmira Dzhumalieva, and the conference was moderated by the Head of the International Relations Department, Alice Yusupova.

Within the framework of the conference, several reports were read in the field of child health and nursing education. Then there were symposiums, research sessions, forums of students from Korea and Kyrgyzstan, and the presentation of abstracts.

The conference was attended by the teaching staff of KSMA who participated in research on children's health, professors and researchers of South Korean universities, representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic represented by the head of the Department of Medical Education and Science N. E. Zhusupbekova, as well as guests from international organizations, the Swiss Project on Education Reforms, the World Bank, the Aga Khan Development Network, the Initiatives of Roza Otunbayeva, the medical staff of the State Educational Institution No. 2 and No. 4 of the Ak-Orgo and Ak-Ordo residential areas.
