Today, on September 7, 2018, in the Assembly Hall of the Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan named after I. K. Akhunbayev, graduates of the university in 1988, now practicing doctors and scientists at a special scientific and practical conference discussed the problems and prospects of high-quality medical care in the regions of Kyrgyzstan.

They were warmly welcomed by the Rector of KSMA, Professor I. Kudaibergenova.

Within the framework of the conference, an event was held dedicated to the memory of fellow students who died prematurely, and the awards ceremony for the best graduates of 1988 was also held. Members of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the conference and the meeting of graduates of the university in 30 years intend to publish the materials of the event in a separate book.
