An initiative group of students from the Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan named after I. K. Akhunbayev, with the aim of developing student self-government, creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding, cooperation and responsibility in the student environment, developed a Regulation on the tutor movement in the university. According to the Regulation, the care of junior students is put first. Thanks to this innovation, first-year students can at any time contact their seniors with questions of interest and get the necessary help. 

This Provision has been approved and approved by the KSMU Rector's Office. Deans and staff of the department of educational and organizational work of the university began to assist student tutors in the widespread introduction of teamwork in all areas of student activity.
